We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and organized individual to join our team in a unique dual-role position.
Position OverviewResident Care Assistant (RCA) supports daily staffing operations, administrative functions, and provides hands-on resident care as needed. This role is essential to ensuring proper staffing coverage, smooth office operations, and high-quality, resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities Resident Care Assistant (RCA) DutiesObserve and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing to nursing leadership staff
Promote resident dignity, independence, and person-centered care
Follow service plans, safety procedures, and infection control protocols
High school diploma or GED required
RCA, HHA, CNA, or equivalent experience preferred ( must be certified CNA or HHA )
Previous experience in assisted living, memory care not required but preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and compassionate
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents throughout the shift
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
