Required License/Registration/Certification: None Job Summary Clinical Research Assistant will be a key member of the medical team at Turfland Research Clinic. The role involves daily blood collections and lab processing, ensuring high standards of proper lab techniques and sample handling. Working closely with the team leader and other medical staff, you will provide service to clinic participants and keep high work standards. Because this is an Alzheimer’s disease and aging clinic, communication skills and willingness to work with cognitively impaired individuals are essential. An unrestricted driver’s licence is preferred for participant transport. Phlebotomy skills are highly desired. Responsibilities Perform daily blood collections and laboratory processing. Adhere to proper lab techniques and sample processing protocols. Collaborate with the team leader and other medical staff to service clinic participants. Maintain dependability and uphold high work standards. Communicate effectively with cognitively impaired individuals. Assist with participant transport when applicable. Qualifications Associate’s degree (AS). Strong attention to detail and reliability. Good communication skills. Willingness to work with cognitively impaired individuals. Preferred Qualifications Phlebotomy training and skills. Unrestricted driver's licence.
