Job Description

Point Quest Group is seeking passionate Clinical Fellows and Speech Language Pathologists to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality speech and language services to children and young adults. As part of a multidisciplinary organization specializing in Special Education and Healthcare, you will play a key role in helping individuals build communication, social, and functional skills that support greater independence at school, at home, and in the community. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations; develop individualized treatment plans; and deliver evidence-based therapy in settings that may include schools, clinics, and community environments. You will collaborate closely with special educators, behavioral and mental health professionals, and related service providers to ensure that each individual receives coordinated, person-centered support tailored to their unique strengths and needs. Clinical Fellows will receive structured supervision, regular feedback, and dedicated mentorship to support a strong transition from graduate training to independent practice. Licensed Speech Language Pathologists will have opportunities to refine their clinical expertise, support Clinical Fellows, and take part in program development and innovation. Across all levels, you will be encouraged to pursue ongoing learning and professional growth as you deepen your skills and expand your impact. Point Quest Group provides tailored educational and behavioral support services designed to achieve optimal outcomes, and our culture reflects this mission. You will join a supportive, inclusive environment that values collaboration, diverse perspectives, and innovative approaches to care. Our team-oriented structure emphasizes shared problem-solving, open communication, and mutual respect, allowing you to contribute your expertise while learning from colleagues across disciplines. Daily responsibilities include performing evaluations; creating and updating treatment plans aligned with educational and therapeutic goals; delivering individual and small-group therapy; monitoring and documenting progress; and maintaining accurate, timely clinical records in compliance with organizational, state, and federal standards. You will participate in IEP and interdisciplinary team meetings, provide recommendations for accommodations and supports, and help shape communication-related goals that are functional and achievable. Family and caregiver involvement is central to this position. You will provide education, coaching, and practical strategies to support skill generalization beyond therapy sessions, helping families understand how to encourage communication growth in everyday routines. You will also apply culturally responsive practices, ensuring that evaluation and treatment approaches respect each individual’s background, language, and lived experience. Point Quest Group offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement. As a Speech Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow with us, you will have the opportunity to build a meaningful career where your work directly influences the lives of individuals with diverse communication needs, while you continue to grow as a clinician within a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
