Position Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational effectiveness of the health center. The CEO ensures high‐quality care, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and strong partnerships with patients, staff, community members, agencies, and the Board of Directors. This role requires a leader who understands the unique opportunities and challenges of rural health care and is committed to advancing health equity.

This position is based in a rural community and requires on‐site leadership presence. Frequent travel for meetings, conferences, and community engagement is required.
