A few details about the role:

• Provide direct patient care by following all care plan directives and assisting residents with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and transporting residents to dining rooms and various events and activities.
• Observe and report any changes or unusual findings to the nurse, ensuring residents' needs and safety are prioritized.
• Work collaboratively with nursing team members to accurately record vital signs and maintain records of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Uphold infection control standards and provide a clean, safe environment for all residents.
• Respond promptly to call lights and regularly assess residents' needs to ensure their comfort and care are met.

What you need to apply:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of experience working with the geriatric population.
• Certified nursing aide licensure as required by state regulations.
