Job Description

The role involves operational monitoring of vehicles during the night shift, ensuring the proper execution of transport and unloading activities, intervening in the management of critical issues, and serving as a point of reference for drivers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Constantly monitor vehicles in service during the night shift
• Verify compliance with unloading schedules and procedures
• Check for delays along routes and identify their causes
• Manage and report operational issues that may affect schedules (e.g., delays, logistical surprises)
• Intervene in case of unloading problems (e.g., closed unloading point, inability to unload)
• Establish initial contact with drivers in case of needs or reports
• Promptly report any technical issues or vehicle breakdowns to available employees (direct assistance not required)
• Act as an operational point of contact during the night shift

Requirements:

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Native-level knowledge of Italian and Romanian
• B1/B2 level English
• Strong problem-solving and priority management skills
• Teamwork attitude in dynamic contexts
• Hourly flexibility
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
• Attitude towards managing emergencies and critical issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Logistics experience (1 to 3 years)
