We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and sales-driven Car Wash Manager to oversee daily operations at our car wash location. This position requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to support sales by accurately writing sales tickets and promoting services to customers.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in the car wash or related service industry, with customer service as the number one priority and proven experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily car wash operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate employees to maintain a professional and productive work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Write sales tickets accurately for car wash services, detailing services, upgrades, and additional products.
• Promote and sell car wash packages, upgrades, memberships, and other available services.
• Ensure accurate pricing, billing, and transaction records.
• Monitor staff performance and help improve customer service and sales results.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Inspect equipment regularly and coordinate maintenance or repairs when needed.
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, safe, and operating according to company standards.
• Track daily sales, service volume, and customer feedback.
• Help develop strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and retain customers.
• Ensure all employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience in the car wash industry or a related service field.
• Strong customer service experience is required and is the number one priority.
• Proven sales experience, including upselling services, packages, or memberships.
• Experience writing sales tickets or handling service orders is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage employees and daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer, cash handling, and record-keeping skills.
• Must be dependable, professional, organized, and customer-focused.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of car wash operations, equipment, and detailing services.
• Ability to meet sales goals and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Strong attention to detail when writing tickets and communicating customer requests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Position Summary:
