Position Overview We are seeking a driven and dynamic General Manager to take charge of our express car wash location. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring superior guest service, maintaining high safety standards, and driving business growth. You will play a crucial role in team development, operational excellence, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development: Hire, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team while fostering a positive work culture. Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Sales & Growth: Drive membership sales and promotions to increase revenue while maintaining a strong local presence. Maintenance & Safety: Monitor and troubleshoot car wash equipment, coordinate repairs, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Scheduling & Workforce Management: Develop and manage staff schedules to align with business needs while optimizing labor costs. Financial Performance: Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and implement strategies for profitability and efficiency. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of car wash industry experience (Required) 4+ years of leadership/management experience (Required) 1+ years of sales experience (Preferred) High school diploma or GED (Required) Strong business acumen with experience in retail management or service industry operations Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to build, develop, and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in basic computer applications and operational software Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Flexibility to work 45+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 5-50 lbs Why Join Peak Shine Car Wash?
