Starting at $14-15/hour | Growth to $20+/hour | 24/7 Operation

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing high-volume inbound calls
• Supporting caregiver scheduling and urgent escalations
• Responding to chat and email requests
• Accurately documenting every interaction
• Following structured communication protocols

Performance is measured daily on attendance, call quality, accuracy, efficiency and
professional tone.

Requirements

• Weekends and holiday availability required for all roles
