Job Responsibilities

• Looking for a Business System Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with teams to understand processes, identify problems, and help implement effective systems and tools.
• Gather and document business requirements through meetings and interviews.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows; identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Support development teams with requirement clarifications during the build process.
• Assist in testing and validating system functionality (UAT).
• Create documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Ensure solutions meet business goals and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Should have solid experience working as a Business System Analyst working with Mainframe and Java Applications
• Candidates having dealer warranty experience would be given first preference
• Onsite Role in Portland Oregon - No Hybrid or Remote option available.
