Kona Brewing Hawaii is seeking a Brewery Operator to support daily brewing and packaging in our island-inspired craft facility. You’ll operate brewhouse and cellar equipment, monitor fermentation, perform quality checks, and ensure consistent, great-tasting beer. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing tanks and lines, handling kegs and packaging, tracking production data, and following safety and sustainability practices. You’ll work closely with our brewing and pub teams in a fast-paced, physically active environment that celebrates Hawaiʻi’s culture, community, and love of great beer and food.
