The Beaudega is a coastal gourmet market and boutique on the Beaufort waterfront filled with curated wines, specialty foods, beautiful gifts, and locally inspired goods.
We are looking for curious, observant people who enjoy great conversation and beautiful displays.
Great Beaudega team members notice what customers are drawn to and start friendly conversations around the products.
Someone picks up a funny magnet… You might say, “Those always make people laugh. We also have some great cards and stickers nearby.”
A customer asks about gluten-free foods… You might say, “We actually have a whole freezer of gluten-free treats — the owner is gluten-free so we keep the shop well stocked!”

This role is part retail, part hospitality, and part creative merchandising.
What You'll Do
Welcome customers and create a warm, relaxed shopping experience
Notice what customers are drawn to and start natural conversations around products
Help customers discover wines, gourmet foods, and unique gifts
Maintain beautiful product displays and merchandising throughout the shop
Restock shelves and keep the store organized and inviting
Process purchases through our point-of-sale system
Help create the welcoming atmosphere The Beaudega is known for

Schedule: Tuesday – Sunday Weekends required. Looking to fill the Afternoon shifts 3-7:30 and 11-6 on Sundays 3-6 shifts available.
Part-time and seasonal positions available Weekend availability required Our busy season runs Spring Break through Halloween, when Beaufort comes alive with visitors and locals enjoying the waterfront.
Pay
$10–$18 per hour depending on experience
