Job Description

We are working with a bank in Oklahoma City that is looking for a new Bank Manager for one of their branch locations. The Bank Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of branch operations, sales performance, customer service, and team development. This role ensures the branch achieves financial goals, maintains regulatory compliance, and delivers an exceptional customer experience while fostering strong community relationships. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve individual and branch performance goals. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and training. Foster a positive, customer-focused work environment. Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning. Drive growth in deposits, loans, and other banking products and services. Develop and execute branch sales strategies. Build and maintain relationships with business and community leaders. Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships through cross-selling and referrals. Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service standards. Resolve complex customer concerns and escalations. Promote customer retention and satisfaction initiatives. Monitor service quality and implement improvements as needed. Oversee daily branch operations, including cash management and security procedures. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintain audit readiness and address operational risks. Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare management reports. Manage branch budgets and operational expenses. Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure branch profitability and achievement of revenue goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of banking experience. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience. Strong knowledge of retail banking products, services, and regulations. Proven sales and business development skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience managing a retail banking branch. Knowledge of consumer and small business lending. #J-18808-Ljbffr
