As a Sales Manager at CMA's Colonial Nissan , you will: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve team performance. Foster a customer-focused sales culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process. Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
