Wage Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per Year

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals
  • Manage the full sales process, ensuring a premium Harley â€' Davidson customer experience
  • Drive lead follow â€' up, appointment setting, and showroom traffic conversion
  • Work closely with BDC, Finance, Parts, and Service to maximize profitability
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance, and implement improvement strategies
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to maintain a high â€' performing team
  • Oversee showroom presentation, merchandising, and customer engagement standards
  • Support dealership events, rides, and community outreach to grow brand presence

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in automotive, RV, Marine, powersports, or similar retail
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and Customer-Service abilities
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers ride
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, lead management, and sales metrics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast â€' paced, high â€' volume dealership environment
  • Motorcycle experience or Harley â€' Davidson enthusiasm is a major plus
