A Catholic health care provider, Redeemer Health (RH) offers a wide range of health care and health-related services, including a 239-bed acute care hospital with a physician and provider network, outpatient services and ambulatory sites, a 31-bed transitional care unit, home health and hospice services in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, three skilled nursing facilities, personal care, a retirement community, low-income housing, an independent living community, a transitional housing program for homeless families, and multiple homes for intellectually and developmentally disabled adults.
