Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is the clinician-led medical group that provides care exclusively for Kaiser Permanente members in Washington state. With over 1,300 clinicians across more than 30 specialties, WPMG is one of the largest and most respected multi-specialty group practices in the Pacific Northwest. Summary Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) BE/BC Anesthesiologist physician. This position is based at our Capitol Hill Medical Center in Seattle Washington. Position Highlights: This is a multi-disciplinary Anesthesiology practice involving the full breadth of elective and acute care general surgery. There is a team spirit of collaboration with an emphasis on continuous learning, education, quality improvement, and standardization of care and best practices. We have a full multi-disciplinary team of physicians and robust support staff, including CRNAs, RNs, and MAs. Compensation and Benefits * Salary Range: $488,452 to $574,649 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience) * Value Based Incentive Program: Annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals * Generous Employer Retirement Contributions: Upon eligibility, WPMG contributes a percent of your base salary to your 401(k), with optional employee contributions and immediate 100% vesting * Cash Balance Pension Plan: Provides an additional opportunity for pre-tax retirement savings * Shareholder Track Program: Defined pathway to WPMG shareholder status within a clinician-owned, clinician-led organization
