Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an Agile Coach to join their team. As an Agile Coach, you will be part of the Enterprise Transformation Department supporting various IT and business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering agile practices, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Agile Coach
Location: Charlotte or Pennington, NJ
What's the Job? - Coordinate and coach organizational leaders across departments within Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Lean, and Kanban.
- Provide expertise on enterprise Lean Agile processes and guide leadership in managing Agile concepts at the organizational level.
- Design and facilitate Agile training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching tailored to specific business lines and IT teams.
- Assess teams against Agile best practices and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Educate and mentor staff at all levels, including senior executives, on Agile principles, automation, and AI enablement to reduce toil and increase standardization.
What's Needed? - Proven experience coaching teams in Agile adoption, with certifications such as Scrum Master and Lean/Agile Coach preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams and leadership.
- Knowledge of Agile concepts, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies, along with experience in large organizations or Fortune 500 companies.
- Background or coursework in Computer Science or related technical fields is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, scripting (Python or related), and API integration (Jira REST API) is preferred.
