Are you a precision-driven professional with lightning-fast keyboarding skills? Randstad is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy is everything.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our data operations, ensuring that every piece of information is captured correctly and every deadline is met. We aren't just looking for someone who can type; we need a proactive communicator who can spot a system glitch or an "out of balance" transaction from a mile away and escalate it before it becomes a problem. If you pride yourself on your 10-key speed and your ability to stay focused under tight SLA deadlines, we want to talk to you.

salary: $19.79 - $19.8 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 9 PM - 4:30 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Familiar with lockbox products, especially healthcare
• Familiar with medical terminology

Shift: 3rd -- Thursday – Monday 9pm-5:30am.

Addresses issues in production proactively and handles complex client escalations
• Prioritizes and organizes work to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
• Monitors and reviews documentation requirements
• Resolves peer or customer escalations and inquiries
• Executes on policies and procedures in connection with firm policies and guidelines regarding document management
• Data Entry experience - full keyboard and 10-key numeric keypad
• Ability to accurately key information adhering to SLA deadlines
• Proactively communicate and escalate issues (i.e. computer system problems, inaccurate information, out of balance transactions, etc.)
